Where We’d Apply and Why

Where We’d Apply and Why

We’d keep IE as the main goal while applying to other universities that match what you’re looking for: business programmes taught in English, an international student community and opportunities to explore entrepreneurship alongside your studies.

For IE, we’d be aiming for an ATAR of 89 or above. For the other shortlisted universities, 85 or above would be a competitive academic target, alongside your written application, assessments and interviews.

If your predicted ATAR is below 89, we’d start with your safety options and other suitable applications, then apply to IE once your final results are out if you achieve 89 or above. We can work on your IE application materials in the meantime, so you’re ready when your results arrive.

If your predicted ATAR is already 89 or above, we can look at applying to IE earlier.

What We’ve Focused On

  • Business and Management programmes that suit your interests
  • An entrepreneurial environment and opportunities to explore start-up ideas
  • Teaching in English and an international student community
  • Practical projects and activities beyond lectures
  • A mix of admissions selectivity, giving you several options

ESSEC gives us another option for your shortlist, combining your interest in business with an international study experience.

Additional Options Across Europe

If you choose the All of Europe package, we can also explore UK and Dutch universities and add options that suit your interests, academic profile and preferred locations.

We can also consider Bocconi, depending on your SAT score.

Room to Adjust the List

We can add, remove or swap universities as your results come in or your preferences change, within your chosen package. We’d identify which options are more attainable for your profile and add further safety choices if needed. The aim is to have alternatives you would be pleased to attend while we work towards IE.

How We’d Work Together

How We’d Work Together

  1. 1Phase 1

    Your CV and Written Applications

We’d begin by working on each university’s written application together. You’ll bring your experiences and ideas, and we’ll help you decide what to include, how to structure it and how to express it clearly.

    What we’d work on:

    • Drafting and refining your CV
    • Developing your personal statements and essays
    • Working through supplementary questions for each university
    • Tailoring your materials to each programme
    • Reviewing your grades, documents and application deadlines

We’ll work through the drafts together until each application is ready to submit.

  2. 2Phase 2

    Submit Your Initial Applications

Once your written materials are ready, we’d help you complete the application forms, upload the required documents and review everything before submission. If your predicted ATAR is below 89, we’d start with your safety options and other suitable universities, keeping IE ready for when your final results arrive.

    What we’d do together:

    • Complete each university’s application
    • Check the documents and written responses
    • Review the full application before submission
    • Track the next steps and deadlines
  3. 3Phase 3

    Assessments and Interview Preparation

After your initial applications are submitted, we’d work together on the next stages required by each university.

    What we’d prepare for:

    • Entrance assessments for IE and ESADE, where required
    • IE’s KIRA assessment
    • University interviews
    • Questions about your programme choice, experiences and future plans

We’d practise your responses together and give you feedback so you feel comfortable discussing your application in your own words. We’ll schedule this around each university’s process, so you’re prepared before any assessment or interview takes place.

  4. 4Phase 4

Choose Your University and Prepare for Enrolment

As offers arrive, we’d talk through your options together and help you decide which university suits you best.

    What we’d help with:

    • Comparing offers, conditions and acceptance deadlines
    • Reviewing the programmes, locations and opportunities that matter to you
    • Talking through the advantages and trade-offs of each choice
    • Accepting your offer and completing enrolment
    • Planning the next steps for your move
